44dd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Access to and use of the 44dd Platform is restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players aged 21 and above only are permitted to register and use the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to your specific circumstances.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform, or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.

44dd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by 44dd, the account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated before age verification is complete may be withheld pending verification.

To access the full features of the Platform, Players must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 44dd may verify any information provided and request supporting documents, including government-issued identification.
• Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (mobile number and password). 44dd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an account due to the Player's failure to keep credentials secure.
• Players must notify 44dd support immediately via the contact email if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation. 44dd will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension during the investigation.

All financial transactions on the 44dd Platform are subject to the following terms. 44dd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals using the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the Player's account settings.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name. 44dd does not accept deposits from payment accounts held in the name of a third party.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. KYC-verified accounts benefit from priority processing. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within one hour.
• 44dd reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. 44dd may delay a withdrawal while such checks are in progress. • 44dd is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by the Player's chosen payment provider, network outages, or other circumstances outside 44dd's reasonable control.

44dd may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered by 44dd:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the bonus terms presented before acceptance.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per device. 44dd's systems monitor for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or other fraudulent techniques — will have their account suspended and all balances forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game(s) specified in the promotional terms. Free spin winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 44dd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any legitimate bonus already accepted and in progress by a Player at the time of such change will be honoured under the terms stated when it was accepted.

44dd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gaming behaviour:

• Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the change request is submitted.
• Self-exclusion — Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion for a period of their choosing (minimum 30 days, up to permanent). During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

Players must not engage in any activity that is fraudulent, unlawful, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account, using another person's identity or payment details, or providing false information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any Player who discovers a technical error must report it to 44dd support immediately and must not exploit it. Winnings obtained through a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to access the Platform or place bets in a way not permitted by 44dd's published rules.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.

44dd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all bets and winnings associated with such conduct, and to report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

All content on the 44dd Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of 44dd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 44dd. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44dd's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited as follows:

• 44dd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if 44dd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 44dd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond 44dd's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 44dd shall not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
• The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. 44dd makes no representation or warranty that any particular betting strategy, system, or approach will result in winnings. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and Players accept this risk entirely when using the Platform.

44dd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible at all times via the footer of the Platform. Players who have questions about how their data is used should consult the Privacy Policy or contact 44dd support directly.

44dd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 44dd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 44dd strongly encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings. Formal disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration. 44dd's decision on any bet outcome is final in all circumstances where the game result has been determined by a certified RNG system or a live dealer operating under established rules, and no bet outcome shall be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error.
